A daughter of a Commercial Builder and a native Atlantan who spent her life vacations in her Family home on Sea Island, Molly has returned to the Golden Isles in 2021 to live with her husband Matt and their two daughters. She graduated from Vanderbilt University in Art History and received a master’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in Interior Architecture. Refining her spatial skills early on in commercial interior design, working with clients like Walt Disney World and The Coca-Cola Company, Molly was able to find the perfect blend of her skills within the world of residential Real Estate. With time in Chicago, New York, Delaware, Washington DC, and Savannah. Molly added numerous projects to her experience.
Upon returning to her hometown of Atlanta, Molly began her residential real estate career with Dawn Mullins Fine Homes. As a start-up boutique firm, her strengths in renovations and design help set them apart as an agency that brought new life into the esteemed old Atlanta Buckhead homes. Positioned in the top 6 residential real estate small teams. Merging into the 76-plus-year family-owned Atlanta firm of Dorsey Alston, brought greater market depth and marketing presence in the luxury Atlanta market for Molly. Her 23-year career highlights numerous successful years and awards as one of Dorsey Alston’s top-producing agents.
Molly complemented her real estate business with residential interior design work in Atlanta, for over 20 years. Her experience with, and love for Architecture and Design has been an asset for both her buyer clients and seller clients alike. Her strength in design and eye for renovations add value for both buyers and sellers to demonstrate the potential for homes and home sites. Her passion for everything real estate and watching the market for years on both St. Simons and Sea Island have garnered her education in local real estate. In her forty-plus years on Sea Island in her family’s vacation home, Molly has watched this community evolve into the luxury five-star resort and collections of charming cottages and estate homes it has become today. She is excited to share all things St. Simons and Sea Island with her clients and is skilled at helping navigate buying on an island.
