Angela moved to St. Simons in 2010, with her family, to develop the Frederica Golf Club community right as the Huizenga Family took ownership. She has been at the epicenter of the development and growth of the Frederica community ever since, selling over 340 properties on St. Simons and Sea Island properties these past 14 years with over $232,216,000.00 in volume. Angela has specialized in new product development and club communities for her entire career, however as Frederica grew into a mature community and the referrals kept coming in from satisfied past clients, Angela has broadened her expertise in selling and listing throughout St. Simons and Sea Island.

 

Selling through relationships, Angela’s career has been solidly built on referrals. Angela’s career began in 1990 as the Director of Membership for the Melrose Club on Daufuskie Island, SC followed by the Director of Membership for the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Florida. Transitioning from membership to real estate sales in 2000, Angela's specialized in new product development. Angela focused on guiding the development of new construction to meet the Club membership’s growing needs. This quickly led her to become one of the leading sales agents for the Ocean Reef Club.
